We can deliver to any mainlaind UK address plus the following Highlands & Islands postcodes

HS1-9, IV1-36, IV52-53, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3, BT, IM, TR21-25.

We regret that we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Europe or the rest of the world at this time.

COSTS

Postage & Packing charges are based upon the weight of the goods ordered. All shipping charges are clearly shown in the shopping basket, prior to entering any payment details. Individual item weights are shown on the product pages.

DELIVERY METHOD

Orders weighing under 3.5kg are sent by First Class Post, above this weight by courier. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays). Any items sent via courier will be delivered weekdays (Monday - Friday) and not Saturdays.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Please Allow up to 28 days for delivery on Horse Products and 14 days for all other products (delays may occur and we will contact you to inform of any delay).

Stock permitting we aim to despatch goods on the day of order for orders placed before 11:00am. Orders placed later than this will be despatched next working day. Goods are despatched Monday - Friday (excl. public holidays). If an item is out of stock and will take more than 7 days for us to despatch we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.
